Microsoft Exchange Online is a hosted messaging solution that delivers the capabilities of Microsoft Exchange Server as a cloud-based service, allowing you to access email, calendar, contacts, and tasks from your personal computer, the web, and mobile devices. Set up Outlook:

1. Open Outlook.
2. You should be prompted with the option to add your Exchange account (likely listed as just your IU username). Click your username, and Outlook will copy your account settings from the central store.
3. You may need to authenticate once more with Duo. After a few seconds, your Exchange account will populate in Outlook.

Mac Mail pulls your login information automatically from the central store. Open Mac Mail, and your Exchange account should populate after a few seconds.

Do you need these mail server settings?

You can use the mail server settings in this article to manually set up your email app to send and receive email with an iCloud email account. However, you shouldn't need to do that if you meet iCloud system requirements and can use any of these setup methods:

• Use iCloud Preferences on your Mac in OS X Lion 10.7.4 or later.
